Crowne Plaza DFC Dubai. Crowne Plaza DFC Dubai is a wonderful hotel — we are staying here right now. The breakfast is delicious, and with half board there is also a very good dinner buffet in the evening. It’s possible to switch dinner for lunch. On Thursdays and Fridays there is even an Arabic buffet that you can choose instead of the international one. There are several swimming pools and the staff are friendly and helpful.. .

Best Arabian Night ever.. Amazing food, service and Atif was the best waiter I have ever experienced. Anticipating and providing with several follow ups and always around without bothering us at all. He should be promoted!. .

Business and official. Hi This was my third time visit to dubai and every time when I come here it’s tremendously pass on if it’s adventurous or my staying. This time I stayed in Crown Plaza Dubai festival city which is located in a quite and peaceful place with having such a great view on a creek side which make me more satisfied to be staying in a place like this even there staff is too polite as well very hospitable with great attitude specially Muhammad Faisal who was very helpful. Thanks. .

Will definitely return - highly recommended. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza as a planned 2 night stopover. As we arrived very late we were grateful that the hotel is only a short hop from the airport, making it a perfect choice for a short layover. Our room was exceptional, spacious with sumptuous bedding. Lovely toiletries and very handy amenities which we very much appreciated as, due to flight delays, we didn’t get to the room until 3am. We had an included breakfast and would wholeheartedly recommend this. Despite the hotel being exceptionally busy thanks to events and the Dubai Rugby 7’s teams staying, the choice and quality of breakfast was wonderful. Despite it probably being a pop up offer to the usual breakfast room, you really wouldn’t notice, extensive choice of Arabic, Indian, Asian and English hot choices as well as a wide choice of cold options. Service was impeccable. We will definitely stay again. This is our only choice when stopping over for a couple of nights in Dubai. The adjacent FestivalCity Mall is a great place to while away the hours and has recently been improved thanks to the new Market Kitchen restaurants.. .

Perfect stay. Perfect location . Spacious rooms , especially water view . Best place for morning coffee and breakfast in the garden of Zaytoun restaurant. Stuff is very helpful. Many thanks to all the employees of the restaurant. And special thanks to Ahmed at the front desk . And thanks to Kumar and Muhammad they are very helpful all the time.. .

Family holiday in Dubai. Unmatched experience, all started with the welcoming upon booking with the warmest welcoming messages and lasted until the departure after 4 days. Family enjoyed the hotel facilities - the staff sweetness at the arrival desk at the breakfast at the Belgian bar the room cleaning team, I can not miss any member of the team. At the departure the support with extra time in the room until flight time reached was the extra mile offered by the hotel management through Mr. Anmol. For any visitor planning to spend time in Dubai, no other place I recommend, Thank you IHG and special thanks to crowne plaza festival city.. .

Outstanding Service in a high quality efficient hotel. Outstanding service from well motivated and managed staff who make for a very cheerful and pleasant stay. Nothing seems too much trouble for example mentioned to Atta Haida of the house keeping team would welcome a pod coffee machine in room which duly arrived within 24 hours. Excellent breakfast with outside seating overlooking the canal is a wonderful setting to start the day. Location puts much readily at hand with Festival Mall having a 3 minute internal walk direct connection. No need to waste time with taxis. The Promnade offers excellent range of eating out opportunities again in great settings. And, of course one has the nightly laser fountain display as colorful boats take people on nightly dining cruises. The hotel has very efficient lifts symbolic of all that goes on. One person reviewed that the furniture is dated but that seems petty as they most likely did not like the deep brown color. The rooms are of a good comfortable size and well designed.. .
