Superb stay during Business trip. Mr Mina and Giri were giving best service both are the best I really I enjoyed my stay, and everything was fine with me. I Stayed in 1424 , all staff were helpful , hotel is Clean and super I’ll be back soon Really happy, thanks a lot Mr Mina and Giri.. .

Millenium Plaza Downtown. After a few issues on arrival, they were quickly resolved by front desk staff. Sharif was very attentive and ensured that we were happy with our room. Great customer service. Great location for metro and plenty of eating places nearby.. .

Short but sweet stay. My recent, brief stay at the Millennium hotel in Dubai was significantly enhanced by the excellent service provided by Ananda, a member of your guest services team (bellhop/doorman). In an age where personalized service is often overlooked, Ananda's conduct was truly commendable. During my check-out process, Ananda took the initiative to ensure my departure was seamless. He was consistently attentive, courteous, and highly effective. His commitment to service was most evident when he assisted me with securing transportation. As I required a taxi to Abu Dhabi, Ananda efficiently coordinated the transport and managed to secure it at a very reasonable rate, which was greatly appreciated. This level of proactive, resourceful assistance goes beyond typical expectation. Ananda demonstrated a superb standard of hospitality. His kindness and efficiency left a strong, positive impression, and his service reflects the high standards the Millennium hotel strives to maintain. I highly recommend that the management recognize Ananda for his exceptional performance. He is a valuable member of your team, and his dedication to providing attentive, professional, and personalized service is a true credit to the hotel.. .

Rundown and dated hotel — go elsewhere!. Very rundown and dated hotel that has had no refurbishment of guest rooms in a very long time. No modern recharging ports or power supply at bedside nightstands, issues with hot water and plumbing and dilapidated furnishings. It’s one of the most beat up and rundown hotel rooms I’ve stayed in at this class of hotel. The price is below others in the category for a reason. On a positive note, in room dining was quick and good quality and front desk staff were friendly. Too bad there’s zero reinvestment from the owner.. .

Bussiness trip. The only good about this hotel is its central location to nearby restaurants and metro stations. I had to remind the concierge staff to do my laundry as I found the same undone laundry on my bed on my return to the hotel at the end of two consecutive days. This is unacceptable for a 5 star place. And the breakfast is tasteless, very artificial.. .

Convenient location and very helpful staff. Very helpful staff. The food is really nice. The location is very convenient as it is walking distance from the metro station. At sunrise the view from the hotel entrance was beautiful. Its right in front of the Museum of the Future. There are convenient stores and many food vendors in walking distance.. .

Fabulous. First time staying here and I have to say it was absolutely great, lovely hotel, good location to get around, the hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful especially Khaled at reception he was very helpful Thankyou we would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Rooms (1535 and 1515). .
